My Estate Online was formed by founder members, Hugo Barton (Solicitor), Jon Cleverdon (Chartered Accountant) and Marc Smelt (Financial Advisor) who are well-respected and experienced professionals and have been working in their professions for many years.

As professional advisors they all felt that there was a shortfall with regard to estate planning and in particular important document storage.

My Estate Online has been formed to address this shortfall and provides a document storage service facility, both digitally and physically, along with a document review being carried out annually.

It is important to note, that as a company My Estate Online does not offer or provide professional advice to our customers, however, if you require advice, we will introduce you to the appropriate professional(s) and other service providers.

What Do We Do

My Estate Online was set up to make looking after your estate before and after your death so much easier. We do this by carrying out the following procedures:

Store your Wills, life policy, trust documentation, deeds, etc.
Store original documentation both physically & digitally
Executors and trustees are made aware of the document location
In addition to the storage facilities, we are able to provide introductions to Probate Services, Legal Services, Professional Executor Services, Tax and Accountancy Services and all the associated Financial Services.
We will keep you updated with regular news letters and emails, we will also be available to answer any queries you may have with your estate planning.
Finally we will carry out a review of your circumstances each year, adding and removing documents as your situation changes.
