This what we do at My Estate Online, we will relocate your important documents to our commercial partner’s secure off-site records storage facility, where they will be tagged and classified, this will allow us to locate and retrieve your information as needed.

Our clients’ documents are then secured in our commercial partners facilities, which have secure entry systems and CCTV monitoring round the clock. These facilities are temperature and humidity controlled and importantly include fire suppression systems. Our clients will have the additional security of having their documents stored in a vaulted area with the appropriate fire precautions put in place.

Our Commercial Partner is a leading UK secure document storage facility, and they are governed by strict, industry procedures. The proven workflows and technology-enabled tagging means we have complete control over your inventory at all times. We will also hold a simplified version of your stored documents online which is available for you to review at any time via My Estate Onlines’ client portal. You will be able to gain access to this portal when you become a client, with the access codes provided at that time.
