What happens to my Stored Documents?
Your documents are scanned by us, stored in a fire proof environment and then transported to our secure document storage facility. For more details see here.
Can I add additional documents to my storage?
Yes, you can add additional documents. Please just let us know.
Can I see my stored documents online?
You can access scanned copies of your documents online 24 hours a day, seven days a week wherever you have an internet connection.
Why can’t I upload copies of documents myself?
We need to ensure that the scanning quality is of high standard. We will be receiving the original document anyway and as part of our service we will scan the document on our high quality systems.
Can you provide us with professional advice?
No, but we can refer you to our preferred professional partners who will advise you and your family as necessary.
What happens when I die?
Upon request from your executor(s), we will release your documents to them. However, they will need to provide us with the death certificate as proof of entitlement to your records.
Are you able to help with the closing down of my estate and probate?
No, but we can refer you to one of our professional partners who are vastly experienced and will be more than happy to assist your next of kin and executors in obtaining probate and finalising the estate.
